JED’s Local is hiring dependable, hardworking dishwashers to join our kitchen team. We are a busy neighborhood restaurant looking for someone who works well with others, stays organized and takes pride in keeping the kitchen clean.
No previous restaurant experience is required. We provide paid training and opportunities to learn new skills and grow within Davis Hospitality Group, which also includes Eliza Restaurant & Bar and Josephine’s Italian.
What You’ll Do
- Wash dishes, pots, pans and kitchen equipment.
- Keep the dish area and kitchen clean and organized.
- Put away clean dishes and supplies.
- Take out trash and help with general cleaning.
- Follow food safety and sanitation rules.
- Help the kitchen team as needed during busy shifts.
What We’re Looking For
- Dependable, hardworking and on time.
- Able to work quickly in a busy kitchen.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help.
- Able to follow directions and work well with others.
- Availability for day, evening and weekend shifts.
- No experience required. We will train you!

Additional Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 55 pounds.
