Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Supervisor to lead our construction teams in executing projects efficiently and safely. Duties
- Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage project schedules using Primavera software to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Oversee the interpretation of schematics and blueprints to guide the construction process effectively.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop and manage budgets for various projects.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure that materials and resources are available as needed.
- Train and mentor team members, fostering a positive work environment focused on safety and productivity.
- Ensure adherence to OSHA regulations and promote a culture of safety among all team members.
Experience
- Proven experience in construction management or a related field, with a strong background in supervising teams.
- Familiarity with pipeline construction processes is preferred.
- Proficiency in using Primavera for project management is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to build effective teams while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality control practices within the construction industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
