The OpportunityWe are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth across the Dallas–Fort Worth market.
This is not a transactional sales role. We are looking for a professional who can build relationships, navigate complex buying processes, and close long-term service agreements with facility leaders, property managers, and corporate stakeholders.
You will own the full sales cycle—from opportunity creation to contract execution—while building a portfolio of recurring revenue accounts with long-term residual income potential.
What You’ll Do- Develop and execute a targeted business development strategy within DFW and surrounding markets
- Identify, prospect, and engage decision-makers (facility managers, property managers, operations leaders)
- Lead on-site walkthroughs and translate operational needs into tailored service solutions
- Build and present strategic proposals aligned with client goals (cost reduction, sustainability, efficiency)
- Manage complex sales cycles and negotiate multi-year service agreements
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management within CRM (Zoho or equivalent)
- Partner with operations leadership to ensure seamless client onboarding and long-term success
- 2–5 years of B2B sales experience in facilities services, janitorial, construction, property management, or related industries
- Proven ability to source, develop, and close new business
- Strong executive presence and communication skills
- Experience managing longer sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
- Highly self-motivated with a disciplined, entrepreneurial approach
- Ability to operate independently in a field-based, relationship-driven role
- We’re specifically interested in candidates with experience working with property management groups, facility operators, or large commercial accounts in DFW.
- Base Salary: $40,000 – $60,000 (commensurate with experience and existing relationships)
- Uncapped Commission Structure:8% of first-year revenue (self-generated business)
