Job Title: Concrete Foreman (Field Operations)
Location: Kansas City, MO (Metro Area)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Concrete Foreman to lead and oversee field operations on commercial and/or industrial concrete projects. This role is responsible for managing crews, coordinating daily job site activities, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead concrete crews on-site, including forming, pouring, finishing, and curing
- Coordinate daily schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and clients
- Monitor job progress, productivity, and quality control
- Troubleshoot issues in the field and make real-time decisions to keep projects on track
- Train and mentor crew members to maintain high performance and workmanship standards
Qualifications:
- 3–7 years of experience in concrete construction, with leadership/foreman experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of commercial concrete practices and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of job site safety requirements (OSHA knowledge preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred Experience:
- Commercial/industrial flatwork, foundations, or structural concrete
- Experience managing small crews or large-scale projects
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
