Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Journeyman Plumber to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across a variety of construction projects, including residential, commercial, and renovation sites. Your expertise will ensure that plumbing installations meet all safety standards, building codes, and project specifications.

Responsibilities
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction plans to execute plumbing installations accurately.
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment as required.
- Collaborate with construction management teams to coordinate plumbing activities within project timelines.
- Utilize construction estimating skills to assess materials needed for plumbing projects and assist in procurement processes.
- Perform outdoor work including trenching, pipe laying, and fixture installation on various construction sites.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols at all times while working with electrical systems, roofing components, or heavy machinery.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Journeyman Plumber with a strong background in building construction and remodeling projects.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints accurately.
- Hands-on experience with a wide range of construction tasks such as window installation, masonry, concrete forming, plastering, caulking, stucco application, and flooring installation.
- Knowledge of electrical systems related to plumbing or building infrastructure is a plus.
Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour
