Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Office Supervisor to lead our property management office. In this vital role, you will oversee daily administrative operations, coordinate vendor relationships, manage schedules, and support our team to ensure smooth office functioning. Your leadership will help us maintain our commitment to delivering exceptional service and fostering a welcoming environment for tenants and staff alike.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily office activities, including clerical tasks, filing, and front desk operations with professionalism and efficiency
- Manage scheduling for maintenance teams, property inspections, and tenant appointments to ensure timely service delivery
- Oversee vendor management by coordinating repairs, supplies, and service providers to uphold property standards
- Support office management tasks including bookkeeping, budgeting assistance, and ensuring accurate recordkeeping of all financial transactions
- Maintain effective communication with tenants, staff, and external partners through phone etiquette and clear organizational skills
Requirements
MUST BE BILINGUAL FLUENT ENGLISH AND SPANISH
- Proven supervising experience in an office or property management setting with strong leadership skills
- Familiarity with QuickBooks accounting software and basic bookkeeping principles
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation
- Knowledge of office experience including clerical work, filing systems, multi-line phone systems, calendar management and front desk operations
- Ability to train team members effectively and support their development in a collaborative manner
