Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee our construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of construction management, risk management, and occupational health to maintain a safe and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols in compliance with OSHA regulations and EHS standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Oversee risk management strategies to minimize workplace accidents and injuries.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain accurate documentation related to compliance management, including workers' compensation claims and incident reports.
  • Utilize construction management software for project tracking, reporting, and communication.
  • Lead training sessions on safety practices and occupational health for all site personnel.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and open communication among all stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in site management.
  • In-depth knowledge of NEC standards, OSHA regulations, and risk management practices.
  • Familiarity with construction management software tools is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of occupational health principles as they relate to construction sites.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively manage teams and resolve conflicts.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $35.00 - $55.00 per hour
