About The Team You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 【Job Details】 Job Title: Warehouse Automation Engineer (Automation Operations Specialist) Location: Atlanta, Georgia (Buford or Flowery Branch) Annual Salary: $72,000 - $75,000 Annual Performance Bonus What You'll Do New Project Launching: Assist in the planning and execution of new automation projects, ensuring timely and efficient integration of new equipment into existing operations. SOP Setup and Training: Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for equipment operation and provide training to operators to ensure safe and effective use of automation equipment. Equipment Maintenance and Repair: Conduct regular maintenance checks, diagnose and repair equipment issues, and ensure that all equipment is in optimal working condition. Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of automation equipment, analyze data, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime. About You Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. 1 year of experience in warehouse automation equipment maintenance or a recent graduate with a strong academic record. Strong understanding of mechanical systems and automation technologies. Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
