What You'll Do
- Operate CNC machines to manufacture precision parts
- Learn machining fundamentals through hands-on training
- Inspect parts and ensure quality standards are met
- Make adjustments to maintain accuracy and performance
- Work in a clean, climate-controlled, modern facility
From day one, you'll be contributing to real products used around the world.
What We're Looking For
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Basic math skills and ability to learn quickly
- Mechanical aptitude and interest in how things work
- Reliable and motivated to learn a skilled trade
No prior machining experience required.
Schedule
- Training (Day Shift): Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- After Training (Swing Shift): Monday–Thursday, 3:45 PM – 1:45 AM
