Job Title: Dock Operation Lead

Location: Fontana, CA

Hourly Rate: $22.00 - $23.00

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily inbound or outbound operations, ensuring accurate receiving or shipping of all goods.
• Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics and workflow.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks on shipments or outbound orders.
• Train, mentor, and guide team members to maintain high operational standards.
• Collaborate with inventory and opposite flow teams (inbound/outbound) to ensure efficient stock management and movement.
• Monitor and report on performance metrics, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all warehouse safety policies and standard operating procedures.
  
  

Qualifications

• 1 years of warehouse experience in outbound operations.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and logistics processes.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication skills and team coordination abilities.
