HR Intern - FULL TIME
Location: New Jersey
Pay Rate: $25
Key Responsibilities:
- Labor Service Company Liaison Support
- Assist in daily communication with designated labor service companies to ensure timely and accurate information flow.
- Support the onboarding, offboarding, transfer, and change processes for outsourced employees, ensuring synchronization with the labor service companies.
- Help collect and consolidate feedback and queries from outsourced employees and coordinate internal resources for responses.
- Participate in maintaining and updating cooperation files for labor service companies, including contracts and certification documents.
- Data Processing & Operational Support
- Process various types of data related to outsourced employees, including but not limited to attendance, work hours, performance, and social insurance/housing fund contributions.
- Assist in data entry, verification, consolidation, and archiving to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Learn and utilize the HR Information System (HRIS) for basic data queries and report generation.
- Support the creation of periodic data reports to aid team management decisions.
- Administrative & Process Improvement Assistance
- Assist in preparing employee relations-related documents and announcements.
- Participate in梳理 departmental workflows and propose optimization suggestions to enhance efficiency.
- Complete other HR-related administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors.
We Are Looking For:
- Education:Full-time undergraduate or graduate student, preferably majoring in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
- Core Skills:Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to liaise professionally both internally and externally.
- Technical Skills:Strong numerical and data processing/analysis skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,with advanced skills in Excel(knowledge of VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and other functions is a strong plus).
- Personal Qualities:Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, with a strong learning agility and team player spirit.
- Experience:Prior HR internship experience is a plus but not mandatory. We value your potential and attitude more.
