Welcome to Byrider!!! Byrider is the nation’s largest used car and finance company franchise in the United States. Our unique program of "good cars for people who need credit" has allowed us to grow our business for 20 years. Currently, we are searching for a motivated, get-up-and-go salesperson for our Anderson , Indiana store. The sales position at Byrider is a great starting point to a career in the business. - Our sales force works as a team on the floor, helping each other maintain our sales goal. They follow up on leads, deliver flip chart presentations to prospective customers, address and overcome customer objections, and highlight the value of the Byrider program. Sales reps must be computer savvy and capable of using a sales management software program to manage their daily activity.
Requirements
Key characteristics of the ideal candidate:
- 1 year of sales, customer service, call center, retail, or other customer-facing experience
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
- Comfortable with high-volume phone outreach and follow-up
- A desire to meet and exceed goals in a fast-paced environment

Compensation:
The sales position has a salary ($37K) commission structure. Each salesperson creates his/her own income. The more you sell the more you make. There is NO CAP on commissions!! You would be required to drive your own business in the door and generate your own personal leads, as well as using the leads provided to you. Benefits are available the first of the month after 90 days of employment.
