Responsibilities
- Collection reminder and past due calls
- Taking payments and processing general accounting functions
- Updating and tracking clients insurance and other pertinent information
- Answering and transferring calls to various departments
- Entering new customer data into the Customer Relationship Management system
- Maintaining current customer data and updating as necessary
- Adhering to all legal compliance involving financial receivables and automotive repossession laws
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- “Go-Getter” attitude and willingness to push for success
- Strong phone skills and not afraid to make outbound calls on a daily basis
- Attention to detail
- Can be friendly yet authoritative when dealing with past due accounts (i.e. velvet hammer)
- Proficient with computer work as well as email and Microsoft Office products
- The ability to work autonomously and without constant direction
- High School Diploma
