Our client is an independent RIA (registered investment advisory) firm that emphasizes a disciplined approach to wealth management and portfolio construction, prioritizing fundamentals over short-term trends. The team is dedicated to holistic financial planning, helping clients pursue their financial goals and grow assets in line with their specific objectives. The Wealth Advisor serves as the primary relationship manager for assigned client relationships and prospective clients. They will meet with clients regularly to understand their goals, assess their financial situations, and deliver comprehensive financial advice across planning disciplines.
What You'll Do
- Build and present financial plans, with ongoing recommendations as clients' needs evolve.
- Meet with clients regularly to review progress and spot new planning opportunities.
- Coordinate planning across retirement, tax, estate, education, insurance, and investments.
- Guide clients on portfolio construction and help implement their investments.
- Support business development through referrals and new client relationships.
What We're Looking For
- 4 years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or investment advisory.
- Proven track record leading client meetings and managing ongoing relationships.
- Solid grasp of retirement, tax, estate, investment, and risk management planning.
- High integrity, professionalism, and commitment to client confidentiality.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; CPA, CFA®, or EA a plus.
- Comfortable with financial planning software, CRM tools, and portfolio management platforms.
Salary : $150,000 - $180,000
