Quality & Continuous Improvement Sr Manager
A growing advanced manufacturing site is hiring a Quality & CI Sr Manager to lead site-level quality systems and drive process improvement for their site in the greater Boulder CO area.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Quality Engineers/Technicians
- Drive continuous improvement across manufacturing
- Own internal audits support customer/ISO audits
- Partner with suppliers on quality performance
- Lead root cause investigations (CAPA, deviations)
- Oversee metrology/calibration programs
What they’re looking for:
- 7 years in manufacturing quality/engineering
- 2 years of leadership experience
- Extensive experience with aerospace and defense
- Strong background in quality systems process improvement
- Experience with audits and supplier quality
- Strong project management experience
- Six Sigma preferred
Additional:
- High-visibility role reporting to site leadership
- ~25% travel
