We are seeking a senior-level Relationship Manager within a strong credit background. This role is ideal for an experienced commercial banker who brings a strong lender’s mindset—balancing disciplined credit judgment with a focus on profitable growth and long-term client relationships. This role will focus on expanding and managing existing commercial lending relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Structure, and manage commercial lending relationships, driving new business while maintaining strong credit quality
- Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of commercial clients, proactively identifying credit risks and cross-sell opportunities
- Maintain accountability for portfolio performance, profitability, and adherence to the bank’s risk and underwriting standards
Qualifications
- 8 years of experience in commercial banking with a strong background in relationship management and lending
- Demonstrated lender mindset with accountability for both credit quality and revenue generation
- Proven experience originating and structuring commercial loans across a range of industries
Salary : $185,000 - $215,000
