What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fair Banking Officer position at JCW Group?
JCW Group is partnering with a growing, OCC-regulated federal savings bank to appoint a Fair and Responsible Banking Officer. As the bank's subject matter expert for Fair Lending and UDAAP, you'll design and oversee the program across every product and channel, including a national credit card program and digital banking platforms.
What you'll do
- Design, implement and oversee the bank's Fair Lending and UDAAP compliance program.
- Provide fair lending and UDAAP oversight of the national credit card program and digital banking products.
- Run statistical fair lending testing, including regression, matched-pair and marginal effects analysis.
- Review automated decisioning models for fair lending risk, in line with SR 11-7 model risk expectations.
What you'll bring
- Strong knowledge of ECOA/Reg B, HMDA, UDAAP and Reg E, gained in a second-line compliance or risk function.
- Experience supporting a credit card program (Reg Z, card lifecycle) and interacting with OCC or FDIC examiners.
- Hands-on statistical fair lending testing experience. CRCM is strongly preferred.
Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
