What are the responsibilities and job description for the Portfolio Manager position at JCW Group?
Key Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day oversight of a CRE and C&I loan portfolio — monitoring performance, tracking covenants, and flagging issues early
- Lead initial underwriting and deal structuring for new and existing relationships, including financial modeling, cash flow analysis, and credit write-ups
- Drive the loan documentation process from origination through close, coordinating the collection and organization of all required borrower and guarantor materials
- Join client meetings and look for opportunities to deepen relationships through additional products and services
Qualifications
- 5 years in commercial banking with meaningful CRE exposure; C&I background a strong plus
- Sharp financial modeling and credit analysis skills; Excel proficiency required
- Strong communicator, comfortable with clients and internal stakeholders alike
- Bachelor's degree preferred
