What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regulatory Reporting Manager position at JCW Group?
JCW is partnered with a leading global investment bank to hire a Manager within Regulatory Reporting. This is a high-visibility role supporting the production, governance, and enhancement of U.S. regulatory filings within a complex, fast-paced environment. This position will lead process transformation and automation initiatives in a high-impact role with direct regulatory and senior management exposure. This is a hybrid opportunity with 4 days in the firm's Jersey City office.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee preparation and review of U.S. regulatory reports (e.g., FR Y-9C, Call Report, FFIEC, 14Q/14M, Liquidity returns)
- Ensure compliance with Federal Reserve, OCC, and FDIC requirements and internal governance standards
- Lead control design, process improvements, and remediation of regulatory findings
- Partner with Finance, Risk, Treasury, and Technology on data sourcing, automation, and reporting enhancements
- Support CCAR/Capital Planning, Recovery & Resolution, and other regulatory deliverables
- Manage stakeholder communication and present to senior leadership on reporting issues and developments
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a strong controls culture
Qualifications
- 6–10 years of experience in Regulatory Reporting, Finance, or Internal Audit within a large bank or broker-dealer
- Strong knowledge of U.S. bank regulatory reports (FR Y-9C, Call Report, Basel capital, liquidity reporting)
- Experience with CCAR, capital planning, or RRP is highly preferred
- Proven ability to work across large data sets and complex legal entity structures
- CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
