Regulatory Reporting Associate


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end reporting workflow for our investment management operations, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Prepare, review, and file a broad range of regulatory documents — such as Form PF, ADV, CPO-PQR, 13F, and AIFMD — across numerous regulatory authorities.
  • Coordinate the creation and distribution of detailed investor reports covering portfolio performance, exposures, and other relevant metrics.
  • Track and interpret changes in regulatory guidance, rules, and industry standards to maintain compliance and reporting accuracy.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce operational risk, and enhance data quality across reporting workflows.
  • Partner with technical teams, including business analysts and engineers, to translate reporting requirements into system enhancements.
  • Document processes, controls, and assumptions clearly to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
  • Collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders — Client Services, Fund Accounting, Treasury, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Broker Management — to meet reporting needs and support ad-hoc data requests.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3–7 years of relevant experience in financial services, particularly in hedge funds, regulatory reporting, or related areas.
  • Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance.
  • Familiarity with regulatory filings, compliance, audit, accounting, or progress toward the CFA designation is advantageous.
