Responsibilities
- Oversee the packaging team to manage the daily operations and ensure safe, accurate, and efficient packaging.
- Directly manage and lead hourly manufacturing staff.
- Ability to perform Batch Record review – prioritizing, reviewing corrections, and follow-ups.
- Perform CAPA implementations and investigations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 3 years’ experience in GMP environment
- 5 years packaging engineering experience
- Team lead or supervisor experience
- Bachelor’s degree in scientific discipline or related field preferred, not required.
- Must be comfortable working 2nd shift
Salary : $88,000 - $92,000
