What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operational Risk Associate Director position at JCW Group?
JCW Group is working on behalf of a leading international asset manager that's looking to hire an Associate Director for their Operational Risk team. Reporting into the Global Head of Ops Risk, this role will be a critical hire to help grow and develop the firms North American second line of defense. This position will work three days a week on-site in their midtown office.
Responsibilities:
- Support the first line in identifying, assessing, managing and monitoring operational risk
- Assess the operational risk of new product development, launch and implementation
- Work directly with senior stakeholders and assist with board-level reporting
Requirements:
- Ideally 10 years of operational risk management experience
- Proven experience developing and implementing risk methodologies and frameworks
- At least 8 years of asset or investment management experience in a large, complex environment
- ServiceNow experience highly preferred
