Lead Financial Advisor
Boise, Idaho (On-site)
We are seeking a motivated Lead Advisor to join a growing wealth management firm in Boise. This role is ideal for professionals with 3–7 years of experience who are ready to take ownership of client relationships and step into a leadership track. Lead Advisors focus on client retention, presenting financial plans and investment recommendations, and mentoring junior team members.
What you’ll do:
- Manage and retain client relationships, leading all ongoing client meetings.
- Review and present comprehensive financial plans, estate, tax, and retirement strategies.
- Support senior advisors in serving the firm’s top-tier clients.
- Mentor and oversee Relationship Managers, including onboarding and coaching.
- Contribute to marketing efforts, client communications, and new business initiatives.
- Collaborate on investment strategies as part of the investment management committee.
- Identify opportunities to improve client outcomes and team efficiency.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or related field.
- CFP® designation required (or in progress with near-term completion).
- 3–7 years of experience in financial planning, investment management, or wealth advisory.
- Strong communication and client-facing presentation skills.
- Ability to mentor junior team members and collaborate with senior leadership.

Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
