Overview:

Lead the sub-ledger workstream for a global finance transformation within the insurance sector. Drive integration and delivery across finance systems with a focus on technology, data, and process optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee sub-ledger design and implementation across global insurance entities.
• Partner with Finance and IT to align system capabilities with business needs.
• Experienced across integrated finance and data platforms (SAP Fioneer, Snowflake, Workiva, Blackline).

Requirements:

• 10 years in finance transformation or system implementation.
• Strong finance foundation with hands-on system expertise.
• Proven ability to drive change and lead cross-functional teams.
