Key Responsibilities
- Underwrite commercial loan transactions including financial statement analysis, cash flow analysis, stress testing, collateral evaluation, and risk rating
- Partner with commercial banking officers to structure deals, review term sheets, and ensure compliance with lending policy
- Manage an assigned portfolio through ongoing monitoring, covenant testing, annual reviews, and escalation of deteriorating credits
- Review third-party reports (appraisals, environmental) and assist with closing documentation
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior credit analysts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and formal commercial credit training or equivalent
- 4 years in commercial credit underwriting or portfolio management
- Knowledge of CRE and C&I transactions, loan structuring, and collateral documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Salary : $105,000 - $140,000
