Conflicts Attorney

Fantastic opportunity for a qualified Conflicts Attorney to join an Am Law 100 firm that's a market leader in its specialist area.

This role is 100% remote although individuals must be based in Michigan and comfortable working PST hours (9.30am-6pm PST).

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and clearing conflicts of interest for new client and matter intake across a fast-paced transactional practice
• Drafting conflict waivers, ethical wall memos, and client consent letters
• Consulting with attorney teams and the Office of General Counsel on complex engagement issues
• Advising on lateral attorney conflicts and restricted party screening
• Helping streamline business acceptance processes
• Staying ahead of ethics developments and jurisdictional rule changes across all office locations

Requirements

• J.D. and active bar admission
• 2–5 years of transactional conflicts experience, ideally in a mid-to-large law firm
• InTapp experience a plus
• Exceptional communication skills, sharp attention to detail, and a calm head under pressure
