JCW is currently partnering with a well-known RIA headquartered in the New York City area, in the search for a Client Service Associate. This is a unique client-facing role with a defined path to becoming a Wealth Advisor. This role offers remote capabilities when not meeting with clients.

- Direct partnership with senior advisors managing high-net-worth client relationships
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, delivering day-to-day service and relationship support
- Partner closely with Wealth Advisors on client meetings, planning initiatives, and portfolio reviews
- Assist with onboarding new clients and supporting ongoing client engagement
- Prepare meeting materials, financial reports, and follow-up communications
- Coordinate across internal teams to ensure timely execution of client requests
- Support advisors with pipeline management and client retention efforts
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in client service, financial services, or wealth management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with comfort in client-facing settings
- Interest in building a long-term career as a Wealth Advisor
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor’s degree required; progress toward or interest in CFP or other designations preferred
Salary : $95,000 - $125,000
