What are the responsibilities and job description for the Audit Director, Treasury position at JCW Group?
JCW is currently partnering on behalf of a well-regarded global bank that's looking to hire a Director of Treasury Audit. Owning the financial risk audit portfolio, this is a key leadership position within department and will be responsible for coverage across treasury, liquidity, market risk, capital planning and stress testing audit. This position will sit on-site in New York.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and lead the financial risk audit strategy and execution for the bank
- Lead, manage and coach a team of auditors
- Assist with and manage key regulator relationships
- Provide robust and independent challenge to the first and second lines of defense
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 12 years of internal audit experience in a complex banking environment
- At least 8 years of subject matter expertise across treasury, liquidity, and market risk audit
- Deep managerial expertise
