SUMMARY:
JcrOffroad/Victory4x4 is a fast-growing manufacturer of aftermarket Jeep and Toyota armor products. We’re hiring a full-time Welder/Fabricator (Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM) who specializes in steel and aluminum MIG welding for production parts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- MIG weld aluminum and steel parts like bumpers and sliders
- Follow work instructions and contribute to process improvements
- Use measuring tools (tape, decimals, fractions) accurately
- Operate basic shop tools (drill, tap, grinder, saw)
- Perform finish grinding to meet quality standards
- Help keep workspaces clean and organized using 3S principles
- Lift up to 100 lbs safely
- Step up and help wherever needed

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 years MIG welding experience preferred
- Strong work ethic, great attendance, and a continuous improvement mindset
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
