As a Brake Press Operator, you’ll play a critical role in forming high-quality parts that meet our customers’ expectations. You’ll be responsible for safely operating brake press equipment, producing accurate parts, and maintaining high standards for quality and efficiency. But this isn’t your average fabrication role — we’re a Lean company, which means every employee is empowered to improve how we work. You’ll help eliminate waste, suggest better ways of doing things, and leave every process better than you found it.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate brake press equipment safely and accurately
- Read and follow prints, work instructions, and standard work
- Inspect parts for quality and stop production if issues are found
- Learn to spot and reduce waste (we’ll teach you the 8 wastes of Lean)
- Follow and improve standard work for brake press operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Communicate issues, ideas, and improvements with the team
- Lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Reporting Structure
This position reports directly to the Value Stream Manager.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
