Job Description:
- Greet patrons in a helpful and enthusiastic manner while being the first point of contact.
- Providing a high level of customer service.
- Registering individuals in programs and processing payments.
- Answer questions and be knowledgeable about all programs, events, and memberships.
- Answer phone calls proficiently and professionally.
- Ensure a neat and clean appearance of the lobby and front desk area.
- All other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- General knowledge of office procedures: phone skills, multitask and how to use Microsoft Windows.
- Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to maintain professional work-related practices – safety, alertness, dependability, responsibility, initiative, courteousness, good judgment, cleanliness, and ability to work with all ages.
- Previous experience in cash handling or ability to demonstrate related skills set.
