Property Manager Needed!
The Position
Seeking an experienced Property Manager to manage one of our beautiful communities. Candidate must have at least two years Property Manager experience with market-rate properties, be very tech savvy, organized and detail oriented. Bilingual Spanish/English a Plus!
Some responsibilities include:
- Maintaining high occupancy
- Resident relations
- Rent collections
- Lease Management
- Supervising a team of maintenance and office personnel
- Upkeep and maintenance of the property
- Safety and security of the property and residents
- Develop and maintain relationships with local officials, police and fire
- Train and Monitor employee behavior and progress
