What You'll Do: Diagnose, service, and repair electronic fire alarm systems and related building systems Troubleshoot card access, CCTV, and burglar alarm systems Interpret blueprints, diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation Provide exceptional customer service while ensuring system reliability Complete detailed service documentation through mobile devices Participate in on-call emergency service rotation What You'll Need: 2-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 4 years documented experience with electronic security systems Proficiency with test equipment (multi-meter, digital analyzer, commissioning devices) Experience installing, inspecting, repairing, and programming security systems Knowledge of applicable NFPA standards Ability to lift/carry equipment up to 70 lbs and work in challenging positions (ladders, crawl spaces, etc.) Valid driver's license with clean driving record NICET III certification preferred in Special Hazard Systems or Fire Alarm Why Johnson Controls?
