Pay: $50-$80 Per Billable Hour

At JCF Violet Flame Trauma Recovery, we believe trauma recovery is bigger than any one clinician, modality, or treatment approach.

Over the past ten years, we have seen clients benefit from many different evidence-based specialties including EMDR, DBT, somatic therapies, expressive arts, couples therapy, grief counseling, addiction treatment, mindfulness-based interventions, movement-based approaches, spiritual integration interventions, and other trauma-focused services.

Compensation Structure$50-$80 per billable hour

Benefits Eligibility

Benefits are available for eligible full-time employees following a 90-day review period.

Full-time status is defined as maintaining an average of 35 billable clinical hours weekly during quarterly review periods.

Requirements

Applicants must have:

• Active unrestricted professional license
• Professional liability insurance
• HIPAA-compliant private workspace
• Reliable high-speed internet
• Updated computer with webcam/audio
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently within a collaborative team environment
• Clinical counseling: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• LPC (Required)
