We are expanding into multiple states and are seeking compassionate, grounded, highly self-aware clinicians who value depth work, collaboration, and integrative trauma recovery.

We Are Seeking Clinicians With Experience In:

• Trauma & Complex PTSD
• EMDR
• DBT
• Somatic/Nervous System Approaches
• Couples & Family Therapy
• Grief & Loss
• Domestic Violence Recovery
• Addiction & Recovery
• Parts Work / IFS-Informed Approaches
• Inner child
• Mindfulness-Based Therapies
• Expressive Arts / Creative Therapies
• Spiritual Integration
• Attachment & Relational Trauma
• Yoga/Movement/exercise for mental health
• Gut Health/Nutrition for mental health

Position Details

• Part-time W-2 position
• Fully remote telehealth
• Flexible self-scheduling
• Consistent referrals provided
• Insurance-based practice
• Must be licensed in your practicing state
• Must host or facilitate a group based on program/business needs

Compensation Structure$60-$80 per billable hour

Compensation is based on:

• Licensure
• Trauma specializations
• Clinical experience
• availability

Benefits Eligibility

Benefits are available for eligible full-time employees following a 90-day review period.

Full-time status is defined as maintaining an average of 35 billable clinical hours weekly during quarterly review periods.

Applicants must have:

• Active unrestricted professional license
• Professional liability insurance
• HIPAA-compliant private workspace
• Reliable high-speed internet

• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently within a collaborative team environment
