Role Description
The Director of Admissions is a full-time role based in Hollywood, FL. This role involves overseeing the admissions process, managing interactions with prospective clients, and maintaining enrollment targets in alignment with the organization’s goals. The responsibilities include guiding individuals and their families through the admissions process, providing information about treatment programs, addressing inquiries, and collaborating with staff to ensure a smooth intake process. The Director of Admissions will also work closely with the CEO, CFO, CMO and maintain strong relationships with external partners to support client recruitment and retention.
Qualifications
- Experience in Enrollment Management, with a proven ability to meet or exceed enrollment goals.
- Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with prospective clients, their families, and internal teams.
- Customer Service expertise to address inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of client processes and the ability to guide clients through financial discussions.
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Counseling, Social Work, or Healthcare Administration is preferred.
- Experience working in addiction recovery or healthcare is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills to ensure a seamless admissions experience.
