What You'll Do
- Supervise day-to-day jobsite activity and subcontractor performance across assigned homes
- Represent and communicate the JC Jackson Homes culture on each jobsite
- Manage punch-out tasks and final details to prepare homes for closing
- Conduct lot walks with homeowners and/or sales team
- Enforce and model safe work practices in compliance with OSHA and company standards
- Maintain accurate build schedules and approve invoices/payments in a timely manner
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred
- 4 - 7 years of residential construction experience or equivalent field leadership
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and scheduling software
- Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and jobsite safety
- PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus
- Competitive salary: $70,000 - $80,000 based on experience
