Assistant Project Managerto support our construction operations while building a foundation for future leadership.
In this role, you'll partner directly with Project Managers to coordinate day-to-day activities on residential construction projects. You'll gain hands-on experience in project management, subcontractor coordination, and jobsite oversight-developing the skills needed to grow into greater responsibility within the company.
What You'll Do
Assist Project Managers with daily coordination of subcontractors across assigned job sites
Support scheduling updates and track progress to help projects stay on time and on budget
Conduct and document lot walks with homeowners and/or sales team as directed
Help manage punch-out tasks and ensure homes are ready for closing
Monitor compliance with safety practices and promptly report concerns
Process and organize invoices, approvals, and project documentation
What We're Looking For
Associate or bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred
2 - 4 years of residential construction or related field experience
Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a team environment
Working knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with project scheduling software a plus
Drive to learn, take ownership, and grow into future leadership roles
