We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide information regarding our available office spaces for lease.
- Conduct office tours for prospective tenants.
- Prepare and manage lease contracts.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail on behalf of clients.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Occasionally assist with QuickBooks Desktop for basic financial tasks.
- Perform general administrative duties such as answering calls, managing emails, and scheduling appointments.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bilingual (English and Spanish preferred).
- Proven experience in customer service or receptionist role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with QuickBooks Desktop is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsible.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
