Now Hiring: Equipment Rental Specialist
We’re looking for someone who likes working with equipment, dealing with customers, and staying busy. If you can handle tools, aren’t afraid of getting dirty, and know how to treat people right—we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Rent out equipment to contractors, landscapers, and homeowners
- Check machines in and out, make sure everything’s ready to go
- Show customers how to safely run equipment
- Help load/unload equipment and hook up trailers
- Handle basic maintenance and minor fixes
- Keep the yard and shop clean and organized
What You Need:
- Good attitude and solid work ethic
- Comfortable around equipment (or willing to learn fast)
- Able to talk to customers and help them get what they need
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be able to pull and back a trailer
- Show up on time and be dependable
Pay:
- $18–$22/hour depending on experience
- Monthly bonuses for hitting store goals
- Extra cash for upsells and add-ons
Work Environment:
- Indoor/outdoor work
- Busy shop, steady customers
