Sales Assistant-Imports
Purpose and Scope/General Summary: We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join the JBS Imports team. This position will be based out of our Corporate office in Greeley, CO.
Responsibilities

Sales Assistant-Imports
Purpose and Scope/General Summary: We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join the JBS Imports team. This position will be based out of our Corporate office in Greeley, CO.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day supervision of activities to provide the service levels to our customers that we expect
- Assist, manage, and maintain coordination in the order creation and customer delivery process with customers, internal sales, and logistics teams
- Ensure sale objectives are met within company strategies
- Provide high-level sales support by conducting research, preparing reports, handling information requests, etc.
- Track and assist with contract generation
- Enter sales and purchase orders
- Create spreadsheets, charts, tables, presentations, reports, etc. in support of the sales team
- Answer and screen telephone calls
- Assist with special projects
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related area preferred
- Customer service experience required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal, phone, presentation, and written communication skills
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects at the same time while prioritizing workload
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
