JBS Imports Shipping Coordinator
General Summary: We are looking for an Imports Shipping Coordinator to join our JBS team at the corporate office in Greeley, CO. This position is responsible for managing inbound containers, maintaining accurate documentation, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and efficient inventory arrivals.

JBS Imports Shipping Coordinator
General Summary: We are looking for an Imports Shipping Coordinator to join our JBS team at the corporate office in Greeley, CO. This position is responsible for managing inbound containers, maintaining accurate documentation, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and efficient inventory arrivals.
Responsibilities
- Oversee imported containers from receipt of origin documents through system data entry and reporting
- Interface directly with customs brokers, third‑party vendors (including product vendors, shipping lines, and domestic warehouses), sales staff, customers, and internal support groups such as Accounts Payable, Inventory Control, and Logistics
- Maintain clear and timely communication with Sales and warehouse teams regarding inventory arrivals
- Other duties as assigned
- Prior experience is preferred but not required
- Experience with SAP is preferred
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Demonstrates personal accountability, attention to detail, strong organization, and effective problem‑solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work on a team as well as independently
- Effective multitasking and time management skills
- Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
