IDENTITY & ACCESS MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Purpose and scope/general summary: We are seeking an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst to join the JBS USA IT Security Team. This on-site position is based at our Corporate Office in Greeley, Colorado. The IAM Analyst will support identity lifecycle processes, safeguard account security, and ensure proper access governance across critical business systems.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team members to design, implement, and maintain IAM standards, workflows, and solutions
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of all access-related requests
  • Enforce JBS identity, authentication, and authorization policies across all systems
  • Support compliance initiatives by applying best practices for identity governance and security
  • Use ticketing and tracking systems to document requests, approvals, provisioning tasks, and configuration updates
  • Escalate access conflicts or policy exceptions to the IAM Lead or IT Manager as needed
  • Troubleshoot complex identity, authentication, and access-related issues across various platforms
  • Assist in access reviews, certifications, and audits to maintain compliance with regulatory and internal requirements
  • Perform user lifecycle management duties, including birthright policy management, onboarding, offboarding, and access modifications
  • Provision and deprovision access to business systems in alignment with company policy and role-based access standards
  • Communicate technical information clearly, professionally, and in a customer‑focused manner
  • Collaborate with application owners and third‑party providers on identity and access initiatives
  • Support configuration, deployment, and maintenance of IAM tools, including MFA, SSO, PAM, and identity governance solutions
  • Complete tasks and projects within established timelines
  • Provide guidance to internal customers regarding access security and identity best practices
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field
  • Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, SSO, MFA, Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) tools, and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions
  • Familiarity with business systems in the protein or manufacturing industry is strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, RBAC, and identity lifecycle processes
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization
  • High attention to detail and strong documentation habits
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Customer‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently or within a team environment
  • Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
  • As a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations. The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

  • Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
  • Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;
  • 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;
  • Base salary range of $75,000-$85,000;
  • Incentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program; and
