The Supervisory Management and Program Analyst provides International Service (IS) managers with information for making decisions on the administrative and programmatic aspects of international operations.

- Developing, implementing, and monitoring complex acquisitions, fleet planning, and interagency agreements with the Department of State on Information Technology transition plans.
- Planning, organizing, and managing resources in accordance with contract management, fleet control, purchase card management, planning and leadership development guidance and directives promulgated by the Office of Personnel Management.
- Reviewing, analyzing, and recommending solutions to various issues involving interrelated financial, administration and managerial procedures and processes.
- Developing performance criteria to measure and predict the attainment of organizational goals and objectives including decision packages, complex studies, and recommendations for major administrative changes.
- Identifying and evaluating long-term implications of projected plans and resolving problem areas where appropriate information may be lacking or inadequate.
