Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Operate forklift trucks (sit‑down, stand‑up, pallet jack, or other equipment as assigned) in a safe and efficient manner
- Load and unload materials from trucks, trailers, pallets, and racks
- Transport materials to designated locations within the facility
- Verify materials against shipping documents and ensure accurate inventory movement
- Follow all safety regulations, company policies, and OSHA guidelines
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed (picking, packing, labeling)
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain certification
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic math and record‑keeping skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
- Ability to operate equipment in a fast‑paced environment
- Able to work 12-hour shifts and every other weekend
- Refrigerated Warehouse environment with temperatures ranging from 10°F to 40°F
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good time‑management and organizational skills
- Prefer previous manufacturing experience
