  • 5 years of Compensation, Total Rewards, HR Analytics, Finance, or related analytical experience
  • Strong knowledge of compensation principles, job evaluations, salary administration, and market pricing
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Compensation analysis, reporting, dashboards, financial modeling, and data-driven decision making
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
