JBS Express is seeking a reliable, customer-focused Cashier to join our team. This full-time position requires bilingual fluency in Spanish and English, ensuring we provide excellent service to our diverse customer base. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and professionally
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately
- Provide receipts and correct change to customers
- Assist Spanish- and English-speaking customers as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Answer questions about products, services, and store policies
- Monitor and report any discrepancies or suspicious activity
- Assist with stocking shelves and basic store maintenance as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required
- Prior cashier or customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
