Southeast – GA Dedicated Hauls
Driver Pay Rates:
- $200 - $230 per day, depending on experience
- Paid Lumpers: Some driver unload available but not mandatory
- Breakdown Pay: $12/hour (after 4 hours in shop, up to 10 hours).

Up to a $3,100 bonus per driver referral:
- $50 every week of your referred driver's first year
- $500 bonus when your referred driver hits 3-months
Work & Route:
- Running Region- Within 250-300 miles of Pilgrim’s plant operations in each location.
- Plant Locations: Live Oak, FL
- Hours and Days: 8 to 14 hours a day; Length of day varies depending on plant needs, plant changes and driver capacity.
- Start Times: Vary by location
- Average Miles: 1,100/week
- Home Time Home most nights, may be out 1-2 nights per week.
CDL-A Shuttle/Short-haul/Local Truck Driver Requirements:
- At least 21 years old
- CDL-A with 1 year tractor trailer experience
- Must have 48’-53' tractor trailer experience
- Mentor and Training programs are available for drivers with less than 1 year of experience
