Driver Pay Rates:
- Paid by the Load: $200 per day minimum
- Earn $60,000 - $70,000 per year
- Orientation pay
- Detention pay
- Breakdown pay

Up to a $3,100 bonus per driver referral:
- $50 every week of your referred driver's first year
- $500 bonus when your referred driver hits 3-months
Work & Route
- Pickups and Deliveries: Going to various chicken farms, picking up loads and bringing them into the Marshville plant
- Days and Hours: 5 day work week. Shifts vary from Sunday-Thursday to Monday-Friday Weekend on call rotation with some Saturdays
- Equipment: 2018 Kenworths; some slip-seat
- Home nightly
- This position will cross train with our Feed Haul position and assist as necessary.
CDL-A Live Haul Truck Driver Requirements:
- At least 21 years old
- CDL-A with 1 year tractor trailer experience
- Must have 48’-53' tractor trailer experience
