Quality Technician
Position summary:
As a Quality Inspector you will be responsible for the integration of the customer’s requirements into projects and processes here at JBM. These requirements apply to the entire lifecycle of the product from concept and Advanced Product Quality Planning through product realization and delivery.
Tasks:
- Support the Project Management in the development of new opportunities introduced to JBM.
- Mentor and support the production floor in the application of the above development.
- Handle products and process nonconformance, perform preventive and corrective action associated with these activities.
- Take ownership and authority for supporting processes that aid in the achievement of customer satisfaction.
- Interface with customer representatives on behalf of JBM and translate their requirements.
- Perform measurement tasks to evaluate the level of conformance to customer requirements.
- Audit processes to identify the level of conformance in achieving customer requirements.
- Any additional tasks required to fulfill the above including personal development to facilitate improvement.
- Perform CMM (Faro) Inspection and present data to make key decisions.
